  • Marilyn was awarded the 2000 Averell Harriman International Award by the International Business Network. 
  • She was a 1999 recipient of New York Women's Agenda (NYWA) “Woman of the Future” Award. 
  • Marilyn is an Editorial Advisor and frequent contributor to IOMA's Report on Managing Imports & Exports on topics including taking advantage of 9802 and drawback. 
  • Marilyn is the author of The Residual Jurisdiction Controversy of the U.S. Court of International Trade, 16 Brooklyn Journal of International Law 341 (1990) for which she received the Journal’s 1990 Writing Award. 
  • Marilyn has been invited to speak on topics including tariff classification, C-TPAT, the NAFTA, successfully using an FTZ, maximizing profitability on international transactions, and  drawback, by groups including the US Small Business Administration, NEXCO, The German-American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest, and trade and business/industry associations located in numerous states. 
  • Marilyn is a member of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT), and served on the OWIT-NY Board of Directors from 1996 to 1999.
  • Marilyn is a member of the ABA, the NYSBA and the Customs and International Trade Bar Association.
